When I arrived Incheon Airport, the padlock of my baggage was broken. I claimed compensation for the lock to Delta employee. They received my claim and said they would reply to me.
You know what? I received a call they could not indemnify for the loss because it is not a lock. How ridiculous !! I can't understand why the padlock is not a lock.
Delta sucks !!! There are many cases for Delta sucks..
